Don’t panic if your order takes longer than expected or seems to have disappeared. To fix your issue as quickly as possible, please get in touch with our team. Your packages may, in extremely unusual circumstances, be delayed during delivery for a few days.
We will ask the postal service to investigate it (this could take up to two weeks) and respond to your inquiry if you believe that your packaging has been lost since the tracking information has not been updated for a while.
